SHIBUYA NEST + STROBONEKO = !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Shibuya, the music is incredible. Four venues all strung together (Shibuya Nest, West, East, and Crest, respectively) have the BOMBEST tunes and nihonjin we've encountered so far. Everything from hair metal and teeny boppy insanity to (pop) punk and indie and hardcore and "maniac" music (as our newfound friend Shi calls it). Shi is the drummer of Stroboneko and he rocks! We hit it off immediately. He loves us b/c we are American and we love him because he is the shit. This is Aaron and Shi:

Since then, we've gone to the Nest every night to drink and rock our faces off. Every night they have another awesome band and we keep meeting the coolest people.... ever, on earth, ever. Our further adventures at the Nest, including our aimashyo with the MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMEN (AND MEN) WE HAVE EVER SEEN will be detailed when we have the time to write about it.
